Creole 也是 Wiki 中的一种格式语法，至少 Github Wiki 支持。 可是我没具体去学过它的语法格式，把使用 Creole 来编写 Wiki 的插件 Github Wiki 搞成 BBS 帖子就很麻烦了。 也许已经存在将 Creole 语法转换成 Markdown 语法的轮子了。
