Level restrictions for using portals

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No. I just want to use it in my server with a little RPG element. :3

Describe the solution you'd like The lowest and highest level restrictions can be set for the portal. Players who do not meet the level restrictions will be kicked away(Vector?) when they pass through the portal.

I would be very grateful if you would add this feature.
