Win App has uninstalled itself + v.0.37.1 says it's installing, but doesn't and auto-deletes itself?!

This is probably the same issue as #1221

Cursor AI IDE Disappeared from Folder

I am also having this issue where after an install, the executable is placed in AppData\Local\Programs\cursor. But the contents of this folder will just go missing! I run the installer...
