Up to 4000 times faster, depending on points cloud size. Don't use struct pack_into over each point, copy numpy raw buffer instead. * See profiling and test scripts at [1]....

[tickers] add milliseconds granularity

Still needs some tests in `auto_tests/tests/date_ticker.js`, and maybe cleaner display in `src/dygraph-utils.js` (don't show milliseconds if granularity > MINUTELY or so).

[bug] cache does not update

re-opening a file that changed gives the previous view probably due to cache. my workaround is to `alias gsdview='/bin/rm -rf ~/.gsdview; ~/gsdview/run.py'`
