this is fixed in #45 you usually shouldn't be linting anything in the `node_modules` directory. You can fix this temporarily with a simple `rm -f node_modules/ng-socket-io/tslint.json` which deletes that file.

This is labeled as an enhancement but wouldn't this be more of a regression? Was the feature purposefully removed? If so why?

Honestly, this is needed not just for convenience but also security. Semantic-release needs to have full write access to your code when there isn't any need or requirement for that....
