Annoyingly I've just had the 17.2 update drop onto my pc as it's now full release and comes down via VS Auto Update - and now I've got the same...

I reckon no major problem with losing VS2019 compatibility - if someone is still running 2019, then presumably they could stick with an older version? Maybe as a suggestion this...
