Is there a way of specifying the html or monospace tags?

From Pushover API version 2.3 they added in the ability to include very simple HTML formatting - https://pushover.net/api#html - is there anyway to specify the html flag currently?

:D No problem - I don't write C# as my native programming language, so PR sent, and hopefully I've not made a mess of it!
