这不是一个寻求解决办法的 issue，单纯是提醒一下：Telegram Bot 在一个频道内一分钟只能发送20条消息 也就是说，这个项目在单个部署下，一分钟只能上传 20 张图片 绕过的方法似乎只有多个部署，这个问题似乎没有在 ‘一些限制’ 里提到，所以这里做个提醒
