This is actually a bug with CS:S. The scale is squared (so model scale 6 becomes 36).
Remove the `/* -1 */` trackNum comments (you're probably aware).
I have never experienced this with the new netcode.
Probably outdated. Will review and delete if no longer needed.
You won't see replays if you did not finish a run in that game mode, so you can't view bhop replays in surf. This is no longer an issue.
I might remove this mechanic entirely depending on the feedback for autohop speed penalty.

I think this already happens but most replays are outdated so you might not notice. We will make it auto-download your PB from the backend in the future.
I don't think this is important for 0.10 and should go into the next release.
