Off the top of my head, I think LOOT will ignore anything that's not .esp, .esm, .esl or a .ghost suffix on any of those three. You could probably try...

I was able to compress the log to 22.5 MB using 7z's PPMd compression method, so I've uploaded @LyraKeaton's log directly in this issue and updated the link.

Isn't this just a contrast issue? I can see the pen icon in your first screenshot, it's just white on a light grey background.
