Brutefoce is a good option but can take really long to test. Wordlists works better but you need a good one ore multiple. I think OP did fetch some ramdom...

nevermind i found the issue, the relative path is taken correctly but the application retrieves also the startup folder for the MenuDataDirectoryState which can fail if the SystemTrayMenu.exe is started...
