Yes. Without specifying `cloudProviderApiKey` when using Helm chart for managing Opencost, the instance is not able to run. Default value in Helm chart is [empty string](https://github.com/opencost/opencost-helm-chart/blob/main/charts/opencost/values.yaml#L89) if managing with Helm....
