My hypothesis is that BBSIMCGA loops on a port, probably port 3BAh (status), and fails if it does not detect the required change. This can happen either if the CPU...
I would like the two CD-ROM drivers in quetion so I can attempt to reproduce the issues.
Strange... the Sony driver now tells me there are no drives found.
The Sony CD-ROM driver is a no go - it appears to expect proprietary behavior that I have no way to figure out.
