I quit Lulu, copied over the newest version then when running, executing is blocked by GateKeeper. Opening system preferences then using "Run Anyway", still get the same message. Ctrl +...

I can boot Big Sur installer from USB. It runs through initial install process then reboots. From this point it just boot loops. What am I doing wrong?
