Using FP2 in any mod pack is a terrible idea, large modpack is even worse. It is `pre-pre-pre-alpha` after all that aside, `DynamicSurroundings` is known to be incompatible, no doubt...
fog is actually there, it's just right at the edge of the fp2 render distance, though an easy config for the fog would still be nice I admit
