Another idea, show name of user that fetches status. For example: ```Hey {visitor}!```
Maybe you can add icon, add way to make this notification read, and to open link to discussion in your browser.
Maybe we can add links to Github docs (about creating PR, pushing changes etc.)
It is great addon, but I have couple of suggestions: 1. Why you have options in addon's settings and in own UI. I think that we should remove addon's settings...

You can create new branch. `git checkout -b NAME`
We can implement it with table setting (like in `discuss-button` add-on).
