ok well my skyhanni dev env still doesnt work soo
1. The NEU repo only adds actual items that are in game, that real regular players can own 2. what value does the repo gain from having this item

I think its just easier if we drop 1.8 support instead of worrying about any small issues in the 1.8 keybind system
