This has been happening to me. At some point before 2.1.46 I managed to stop it by getting rid of every addon and reinstalling this one, but it started again...

But isn't there already a very similar add-on that allows embedding of a web-browser in the add card window (https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1783260740)? Why can't it also allow us to make notes for...

Still don't know what happened, but fixed by removing the deck sync and turning the addon on and off again...
