Browser in place of PDF

Is there anyway I can have the web browser opened (just like how PDF is opened on the side) and create Anki Cards the same way? I am doing practice questions and this would be great since I cannot import or export the site as a PDF or anything

Hi, embedding a browser is not that easy, since the add-on's UI is essentially in a web-browser already. Some pages can be embedded into an iframe, but AFAIK the possibilities for interaction with these embedded pages are limited

But isn't there already a very similar add-on that allows embedding of a web-browser in the add card window (https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1783260740)? Why can't it also allow us to make notes for incremental reading that are essentially just one webpage per note?

EDIT: I'm mentioning this here because my previous favorite (now-broken) add-on for incremental reading allowed me to just import web page content with enough formatting on-the-go to be useful and I haven't been able to replicate this with the SIAC add-on.

@fonol There seems to already be a way to search wikipedia in the SIAC window, can we at least open it up so we can use that with arbitrary URLs? Yes, not all sites will work, but we're limiting many sites that will work in there. There's also the convenience factor of putting a wikipedia link in the source and having the page opened up automatically.

Even if I can't highlight or directly create Cloze cards in this browser, I would still find that helpful.
