Any news? I got the same problem on Linux.
The app’s behaviour seems to be the same regardless of the network I’m using and whether or not I’m connected to a VPN.
Also, that's quite easy to test, just by visiting https://$workspace.slack.com/help/test I am green flagged for everything, but the indicators just won't go away.
