[ReGrowth: Core and Framework] "Dust Devils" event triggers an error in logs RT 2.2.19

Describe the bug When the event occurs it starts logging errors when the sand whirls hit something

Steps to reproduce the behavior (VERY IMPORTANT)

  1. Load save with event (regrowth error) ocurring or the new testing save (regrowth test)
  2. (if you didn't load the one with the error) Spawn the event via debug mode (inicident)
  3. See error
