FYI I am testing this on my dev branch now; I'll come back to review this further after some ingame testing.
One issue is that removing the clue overlay (via shift+right-click -> reset) has it reappear the next game tick.
The added code in `onGameTick` is definitely the cause; I'm not entirely sure at a glance why it's there, so the solution is probably to remove it
