Unicode定义直排标点缺少（U+FE13-U+FE16）

在编辑软件中查看标点符号时，Unicode定义的4个*直排*标点符号：冒号︓（U+FE13）、顿号︔（U+FE14）、感叹号︕（U+FE15）及问号︖（U+FE16）并不存在，但是在字体下方却可以看见相对应的 .vert 版本。不知是否为制作错误？

“冒”系列应该上面从⺜，而 ”冒“ ”帽“ 仍旧依照日本写法从 ”日“，应该修改。 

“剁” “跺” 二字的设计视觉上有点奇怪

綟仍旧日本标准，錑应该是错字了(?)。 

U+9824 (頤) 在粉圆内显示为 U+9823 (頣)，而U+9823无字。 

根据思源的[授权信息](https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-sans/blob/master/LICENSE.txt)，Source 及 “思源” 两个词汇是保留字型名称，后期的衍生版本不可使用 Source 及 “思源” 作为字体名称。

Is it possible to make English documentation? Also, how do this font deal with words with different pinyins?
