Ah maybe it is because of this: event: start_time: 2019-06-22 00:00:00 end_time: 2019-06-23 00:00:00 So past events are on 2 days, so it will take the last? Now it shows...

They are full day events indeed. I'll keep an eye on them and see if it's still happening.

The notification is shown, but not sure if it actually runs in the background, see attached screenshot. The time since last full charge is about 9 hours ago.
