Ok, I finally found, where is trouble. try to explain, what's happening. 1) I downloaded Old 3DS 11.2.0-35-EUR from https://smealum.github.io/3ds/#otherapp , renamed it to OLD-11-4-0-37-EUR and put to hbloader folder....
