This seems to be an vanilla bug. I remember meet this when playing with friends without any mod or mod loader.
Some problem has found right now: - Both Lime Spore Blossom and Green Spore Blossom are translated to "绿色孢子花"（The first one should be “黄绿色孢子花”）； - Light Gray Sapling is translated...

Tested on latest Spectrum Essentials.
I will open an issue in their repo later, if there's none.
A vanilla bug. I experienced this when playing vanilla with friends. And the bug seems to be aging.
