I'm afraid that Android 8.0 (Oreo, API 26) is the lowest Android version we support with version 3 of AVPro Video.
Support for OpenHarmony has been added with version 3.2.5. Currently this is the trial plugin only.
I'm unable to reproduce this using version AVPro Video 3.0.4, Unity 2022.3.31f1.
