Yes, I'm using german language. The channel name in the screenshot was given by a user. Now I have created a permanent channel also with arabic channel name. Same problem....
Huh... I have changed the client language to arabic and the problem is vice versa (see screenshot). 
Same problem here. But it is actually not easy to reproduce the problem. I have not found any correlations yet.
