Ulti has a PR in randomprime open that adds real unlimited missiles/pbs, so they don't need to be faked anymore.
The bars at the top seem to be cutscene releated I would assume. Kirby Triple Deluxe has the same going on during its cutscenes.

Does this happen after switching the theme without restarting? Or also when restarting the app fully?
This is probably related to document mode that we're setting since recently. #7079 is "fixing" the issue happening in the customize preset window.
I'm not that familiar with it, but doesn't seem like it? From what I see in A6.7.37/38, LSRS either starts with `0b0000'1` or with `ob0100'0000'11`. Where as 0x42C6 is `0b0100'0010'1100'0110`
Looking at A5.2.2 it looks more like a cmn where Rm would be 0, and Rn would be 3

Sounds about right. iirc sonoma did *something* that just broke old gms runners, iirc undertale (and deltarune?) were affected by that too. the runner i'm using is the only one...
