XXX + VS16: mostly old characters accepted long before emoji, or some strange things happened during approval.  Something weird: everything really multi-character  XXX+VS15: mainly used for old characters...

Yes. some sort of memobox. If opened, everything will be copied to scratchpad. And then you’ll copy everything at once, Requires BIG LOTS of code and BIG interface research.
