With the attached instrument file, input parameters placed before ncount on the commandline are ignored, i.e. mcdisplay pencilbeam.instr -n1e7 nslit=500 radius=0.0001 ROT=0 behaves correctly, showing

It would make sense that all "standard libraries" used would get flags ala @NEXUSFLAGS@ - makes it easier to request a platform-independent set of flags from a COMP/INSTR DEPENDENCY line.
