A mitigation has been released with 2.2.3.2. Further optimization is possible as stated [here](https://wp-media.slack.com/archives/C045P1RA2/p1731446035309769?thread_ts=1731310030.013799&cid=C045P1RA2) by doing the SQL request only when needed.
