Difference of quota percentage left between website and plugin

Describe the bug There is a small difference between the % left displayed on the website and on the plugin.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Check your quota on the plugin side,
2. Check your quota on the website,
3. There can be a difference between both

Expected behavior Both quota should be the same

Additional context I've cleared transient, user cache etc, and still getting a difference.

Could be related to extra-quota consumed being accounted for in the app, but not in the plugin.
