I like the approach of zerobin, with client side encryption and the key in the URL anchor, so it is never sent to the server. An active fork is [Privatebin](https://privatebin.info/)....
So you cannot configure the DHCP appropriately? This would be the natural thing to do, at least since DHCP seems to be implemented for your (sub)net.
no docker yet and will be pretty difficult to achieve anyway I guess. A colleague works on an ansible setup (not yet published)
