Hi, same here since last night... Firmware is 1.3.0 Build 230905 Rel. 152200 too Home Assistant 2023.1.7 `Error tapo exception: Returned unknown error_code: 1003` reload didn't fix this issue... :(

EDIT : upgrade to HA 2023.11.3 and Tapo Controller 2.11.0 and all works fine !
