Looks like you can't connect to anything, make sure your p2p traffic isn't getting blocked. Try using a VPN and check if your p2p port is open.

That's weird considering 1.3 was the broken version. Are you sure it's not a plugin incompatibility issue and 1.3 being broken "fixed it" by making overlaymod not work properly?
