Im sorry if this sounds dumb, but was it ever released?

I noticed the commit in 1.7.10 but saw a direct release - Im not good in building it myself

Where could it have been released, I looked on both Curse Pages and the release Section - Is there something else?

After testing with the newest version of all the mods involved in this, I can confirm this no longer happens.

Opis shows outbound S14PacketEntity.S15PacketEntityRelMov, S12PacketEntityVelocity and S3FPacketCustomPayload skyrocketing (from 0/s) when the plasma entities load in. Also I found #232, which was maybe related, but this issue is not fixed...

I believe this should be #733, as stated there, to fix this contain your steam spreading with a scrubber or block it in.
