The crashing enclosure with the 3.0 speed has the cable attached to it:  abd the working enclosure with the 3.10 speed has an USB-C port. 
ok, found an other enclosure in my PC part box and this one has a Reatek rtl9201R chip and also works fine with 9.4.3  
ok, last enclosure I found has an USB3.0 4 Port chip and the ASMedia ASM1051 chip which provides SATA port is internaly connected to 1 USB port and the enclosure...
9.5.0 works now for the enclosure I used the last months. Should I tested my likely "faulty" one again? @hiyohiyo
