looks like winget uses Windows store first. You can remove the store as source so that only winget repository is used. And I already told you this the last time....

Try to add `--source` parameter: `winget upgrade --id Microsoft.Edge -e --source winget` or update Edge inside Edge via `edge://settings/help`

Any updates on this @denelon . Having to recreate the symlinks always on my own annoys me a lot.

I still create all symlinks manually after update with [Link Shell Extension](https://schinagl.priv.at/nt/hardlinkshellext/linkshellextension.html#introduction). It is annoying, but works.
