Think this is a useful feature request : some people like probably all the automatic colors per domain, but other prefer only have colors that match there regex / organization....
virustotal has a cost if using it above a certain hit rate. But totally agree that in these times of badware / phishing, a check as good as possible should...
CSF (free but not opensource software) can setup iptables firewall rules settings for that ? Maybe mod_evasive for apache can help ?
should have to verify the juridical impact of this : some sites business model is based on these links. Probably they would not be happy with such a "feature".
+1 as phishing sites URL can be inside innocent domains whose owner does not know it is present
