Units of different subfactions do not select with E button

When receiving / capturing another faction in multiplayer the E button to select multiple units of the same type (i.e. quad cannons / scorpions etc) do not select when using...

Delayed kill of vehicle after napalm mig attack

Sometimes units remain alive after a napalm mig attack but then 2 seconds later they miraculously die anyway due to some sort of afterburning effect. Unsure whether this is intented....
