On Ubuntu 25.10 with Nextcloud-4.0.1, installing libopengl0 `sudo apt install libopengl0 -y` resolved the issue. I have found the orignal solution at stackoverflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65751536/importerror-libopengl-so-0-cannot-open-shared-object-file-no-such-file-or-dir
