the gamepad is fine ... as i mentioned i use it all day with other games and emulators ... moreover I'm noticing the problem is getting worse however i will...

until i get the newer phone... i tried to install an older version of skyline....i downgraded from v1308 to v1200... interestingly the problem did not disappear, instead it was delayed......

I'm not sure if this is related but I also noticed something weird when mapping the controller, sometimes skyline would treat the d-pad buttons as triggers...   

ok after so many test, i found that clearing the cash for a system app called (download manager) does help temporarily. after clearing the cash the gamepad would work normal...

so I'm not sure if I should open an issue for this or not. anyway, I'm having some trouble with the new icon... in my s6 android v.7, it's showing...

i think the easiest way is to have newPipe play youtube background videos the same way it handles soundcloud tracks. when opening a SoundCloud track, you get the hole player...

I think #8424 is the best solution that solves everyone problem with no compromises...
