Why not use Noto for Tamil? I feel like Noto should be the default font in most cases. Same for Javanese. Also, it looks like Javanese fits into the cells...

There is so much room on the right. You could easy put everything there full-sized, including the Bulgaria/Croatia stuff. The text below can be pushed to the bottom.
For Bulgaria/Croatia? You could just keep the radio buttons... Like, draw both on the right, but also keep the buttons.
