MouseWithoutBorders multiple threads conflicting access to settings.json

I'm observing this issue on both my PCs. Getting a lot of error message in Event Viewer about this.

Still happens in v0.85.1. Fixed it manually by using @andrew-vdb 's workaround

Still present in version 0.83

This issue is still a thing. My event viewer still gets flooded with MWB errors about this.
