Experiencing the exact same issue here. Ombi version v4.22.0. MySQL database version v8.0.27. 

Experiencing similar issues. The content is eventually loaded, but that can take over a minute. Also, when requesting content the status doesn't get updated immediately (also takes about a minute)....
