Help Text boxes close themselves if opened immediately after the dashboard does initial loading.

This is also a bug. I'm happy for it to be 'Won't Fixed' until V3 (I agree it's not high priority either), but it's something going wrong with the system...

'MKR Count by option' graph metric does not match 'MKR Votes Per Option' metric.

I have seen this work correctly on other polls. So I don't have a solid reproduction case.
