'MKR Count by option' graph metric does not match 'MKR Votes Per Option' metric.

See image above. For some reason the MKR Count history graph is inconsistent with the MKR Votes per option graph. I suspect it is the 'MKR Count by Option' graph that is incorrect. At the time of taking the screenshot, the Foundation Voting portal was also showing ~21k MKR.

I have seen this work correctly on other polls. So I don't have a solid reproduction case.
