Further examination... Nothing listed in the "3-dot" pulldown works. If I check a listed item and select anything in that list, the result is ... nothing. Title doesn't copy URL...

I am also having the experience that with v31 I can encrypt, but cannot sign. Also, cannot "Encrypt and sign".
