After starting DNS+Firewall Hotspot does not give IP adresses anymore to connecting clients (even after stop/uninstall/clean flash)

Hi there, A Moto2015 (3. generation), on Lineage 16.0, freshly flashed (clean flash) acts as a hotspot (4g--> WIFI) in my home network and worked flawlessly before the next steps....
